You must not use our eSIM or virtual number services for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, or any other unlawful or abusive purpose, including circumventing the security or verification systems of third-party platforms. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using eSIMFire, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping it up to date.

3. Payments

All payments are made exclusively in supported cryptocurrencies. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and reflect the rate at the time of purchase. eSIMFire reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Refunds

5. Account Balance & Credits

Cryptocurrency funds added to your eSIMFire account are treated as prepaid service credit. Once added, this balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another party, or exchanged back into cryptocurrency or fiat currency. Balances may only be used to purchase eSIMFire services.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any cryptocurrency wallet used to fund your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Service Availability

Device compatibility, network availability, and plan features are subject to change. We do not guarantee that any specific device, carrier, or coverage area will be supported at all times. Some plans or numbers may show as temporarily unavailable due to inventory or carrier limitations.

8. Service Modifications

eSIMFire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, and to update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or operations. Continued use of eSIMFire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

eSIMFire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to failed third-party verifications, network outages, or carrier-imposed restrictions outside our control.
